The Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential is a globally recognised certification from PMI®, that demonstrates to employers, clients and peers that you have the experience, education and competency to lead and direct projects.
The (PMP®) online only course is delivered by our online Learning Management System (LMS). There are no classes with this option, but our experienced tutors, who have also practised project management, are available to provide you with support via the online forum.
This course will help you learn the technical aspects of project management and give you the tools to support you overcome project challenges and deliver projects successfully. It will equip you one with the right information and knowledge required to pass the PMP® exam and gain the global recognised and coveted PMP® Certification. The course is based on the principles outlined in the sixth edition of 'A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge' (PMBOK® Guide v6)

Course objectives
Acquire the relevant knowledge and skills required to pass the PMP® certification exam.
Earn the required 35 PDUs required to take up the PMP® certification exam.
Develop a working knowledge of the 5 project management process groups and 10 project knowledge areas as prescribed by PMI®'s PMBOK v6.
Master the skills to manage, execute and deliver projects successfully in line with global project management best practice.
Understand the benefits and value of project management; the project management principles and philosophy; the key concepts of project management domains, tasks, knowledge, and skills.
Understand how project management relates to portfolio, program, and organisational management; how to professionally apply the project performance domains, knowledge, and skills and how to utilise the most common project processes, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrate that you have the capability to manage projects and communicate about them using standard accepted language

This course contains 10 highly interactive and modular course units. The course is enriched with engaging questions from real-life project situations. Through the two interactive mock exams (included as part of course material), the participants will be optimally prepared to take and pass the PMP exam.
